Ich hatte in einem Adria Forum einen verzweifelten Aufruf gestartet, welche Adria Werkstatt zu empfehlen sei, da ich mit meiner Werkstatt in der Nähe nur schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hatte. Ich habe dann die Bergischen Wohnmobile in Burscheid besucht. Was soll ich sagen, ich habe nun endlich wieder Spaß an meinem Fahrzeug. Wohlggemerkt, wir reden von einem drei Jahre alten Fahrzeug, was schon als Neuwagen diese Probleme hatte und von Anfang an hexe ich damit herum. Vorher war meine Starterbatterie ewig leer, obwohl ich Solar auf dem Dach hatte. Ein dreimaligen Besuch in meiner näher gelegenen Werkstatt brachte keinen Erfolg, es wurde sogar einmal die Batterie getauscht. Hier nun wurde dieses Problem endlich behoben, es war schlicht ein Kabel von der Solaranlage ab Werk nicht angeschlossen und nun läuft die Chose. Ebenso hatte ich über drei Jahre ein Problem, dass der Original Funk Schlüssel meistens nicht funktionierte. Auch hier bekam ich erstmalig Hilfe: Neue Platine rein und Zack! Auch andere Aufträge, an die ich mich wegen der Unzuverlässigkeit meiner vorherigen Werkstatt nie heran getraut hatte, worden nun prompt und zuverlässig erledigt. Ich nenne nun einen Wechselrichter mein eigen und auch eine Anhängerkupplung ziert das Gefährt. … Achja. Und es sind echt nette und freundliche Leute da!!! … Aber nicht weitersagen, sonst haben die keine Zeit mehr für mein Fahrzeug!

Hier wurde mir ein Aufstelldach für meinen T6.1 eingebaut. Der Termin musste einmal verschoben werden, aufgrund von Lieferproblemen, dasswurde aber vernünftig kommuniziert. Ein "kleineres" Geschäft für Campingartikel. Ein ganz ausgewähltes Sortiment. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent und äußerst freundlich. Hier fand ich endlich noch ein Vorzelt, das woanders nicht mehr zu bekommen war und ich hatte auch noch das große Glück, das mir das aus der Ausstellung angeboten wurde. Dafür mein herzliches Dankeschön und ich kann mir gut vorstellen, diesen Weg nochmals zu machen, wenn ich etwas besonderes suche. Hier bei Bergische Wohnmobile findet man ein sehr gute Auswahl an Wohnwagen und Camper Vans. Auch hierfür top Beratung.

Zusammenfassung: Ich bin absolut zufrieden. Mir wurde eine Hydraulik Anlage von SHR und ein Busbiker angebaut. Erster Kontakt per Telefon. Meine Daten wurde aufgenommen und ein Rückruf versprochen. Da war ich schon etwas skeptisch, aber der Rückruf erfolgte noch am gleichen Tag. Kurze Erklärung zu den Einbauten, Termin vereinbart und 3 Wochen später ging es zum Termin. Netter kurzer Empfang und dann war mein Kastenwagen weg. Ich genoss den Tag auf dem Fahrrad im Bergischen Land. Am späten Nachmittag wurden dann noch die Restarbeiten durchgeführt und ich nahm mit Erläuterung mein Kastenwagen entgegen. Danke nochmal!
